La patate douce / Sweet potato


La patate douce : Avez-vous deja essayé la patate douce au petit déjeuner sous forme de porridge ? Faites la cuire entière au four, enlevez la peau, puis écrasez-la avec le jus et le zest d'une orange. Ajoutez un filet de lait de coco et saupoudrez de cannelle pour un petit déjeuner qui flirte avec le dessert. 
Saviez-vous que les aliments soutiennent les chakras qui leur correspondent en terme de couleur ? En l'occurrence, la couleur orange soutient le 2ème chakra sacré Svadhisthana, en relation avec nos émotions, notre créativité et notre sensualité. La prochaine fois que vous avez envie d'un aliment en particulier, demandez-vous quel chakra a besoin d'être nourri, et vice versa.
