✨Low self-esteem✨ The lack of self-esteem can be displayed in two ways: either we diminish people to regain our power, or we give our power away to others. When we have doubts on a situation, we often ask a friend for advice, who, let us not forget, perceives the situation with his/her own prism biased with his pain, experiences, failures, and fears. The well-meaning person will spill over us his/her own demons. The lower her self-esteem is, the more he/she will scare you, which gives him/her power back in some way. In the event that you also lack self-esteem, you will also fall prey to these demons. Fear will paralyze you and will lead you to take a decision that is not yours, but the reflection of the other person's fear. One person takes the power, the other surrenders it and the dance takes shape. Observe. Listen to that inner voice, it is a much more trusted friend than any well-meaning person. Take you power back!
✨Le manque de confiance✨ Le manque de confiance s’exprime de deux manières : soit on écrase l’autre pour regagner notre pouvoir, soit on cède notre pouvoir à l’autre. Lorsque l’on a des doutes par rapport à une situation, nous demandons souvent conseil à un ami qui, ne l’oublions jamais voit la situation à travers son propre prisme teinté de ses douleurs, ses expériences, ses échecs et ses peurs. La personne bien intentionnée va deverser sur nous ses propres démons. Plus elle manque de confiance, plus elle vous fera peur, ce qui lui donne du pouvoir en quelque sorte. Pour peu que vous aussi manquiez de confiance, vous succomberez vous même à ces démons. La peur vous figera et vous fera prendre une décision qui au final n’est pas la vôtre mais le reflet de la peur de l’autre. L'une prend le pouvoir, l'autre le cède et la danse prend forme. Observez. Écoutez cette petite voix à l’intérieur, elle est bien meilleure conseillère que toute personne bien intentionnée. Reprenez votre pouvoir !
