Chia pudding / Pudding de chia

Chia pudding with berries: it is a delicious treat to eat for breakfast, dessert or as a pre/post workout snack. It is also easy to make! Simply mix some nut-based milk with some chia seeds (recipe on my website) and keep mixing until you get a thicker consistency. Chia seeds are high in omega 3, protein and fiber to help with transit and weight loss as they give a feeling of satiety. Top with fresh berries that are currently in-season to fight free radicals that cause cancer and aging.

 

Pudding to graines de chia : c’est une gourmandise à déguster le matin au petit-déjeuner, en dessert ou en snack avant/après l’effort. C’est aussi très facile à réaliser. Mélangez tout simplement du lait végétal avec des graines de chia (recette sur mon site) jusqu’à obtenir un mélange plus épais. Les graines de chia sont riches en omega 3, protéine et fibres pour améliorer le transit et la perte de poids en vous donnant un sentiment de satiété. Consommer avec des fruits rouges de saison en ce moment pour combattre les radicaux libres qui causent cancer et vieillissement.
