Vanilla & Cashew Cream

2 servings

Ingredients

1 cup of raw cashews, 1/2 cup filtered water,  2 Tbs of maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract/bean, pinch of sea salt.

Directions

1. Soak the cashews in filtered water overnight, drain and rinse.

2. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.

3. Pour into individual containers and let set a few hours in the fridge.
