2 cups coconut water1/2 cup of frozen mango1/2 cup of frozen pineapple1 peeled orange cut into chunks1 peeled banana cut into chunks1 Tbs chia seeds1/4 coconut flakesOptional: 1/4 tsp ground turmeric, 1 slice of ginger for extra anti-inflammatory benefits.


Blend away and sip under a palm tree!


Smoothies are a great way to hydrate, satisfy a sweet tooth or hold you until the next meal. They help fight free radicals and give you an energy boost anytime of day. I usually make one mid-afternoon as a daily snack. I like to thaw the frozen fruit slightly and don't recommend drinking anything cold first thing in the morning, since it hinders your digestion.
