1 large sweet potato, 1 Tbs coconut oil, sea salt & pepper, cinnamon or other spices.
1. Wash sweet potato, trim off ends and cut lengthwise.
2. Coat evenly with melted coconut oil.
3. Sprinkle with seasonings of your liking.
4. Roast in the oven at 375F for 30mn or until desired doneness.
