24 crackers

Ingredients

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup flaxseed, 1 Tbs chia seeds, 1 cup filtered water, 1/2 tsp sea salt.

Directions

1. Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. 

2. Let sit for 20mn until it forms a gel.

3. Preheat the oven at 300F/150C.

4. Lay the mixture thinly (3-5mm) and evenly over a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. 

5. Place in the oven and bake for 30mn. 

6. Remove from the oven and cut some squares with a knife or with a pizza cutter.

7. Place back in the oven for another 30mn or until the crackers are golden and dry.




Notes

Enjoy these healthy and tasty crackers as a snack, for dips and spreads. They are full of healthy fats with omega 3, protein, and fiber.

You can add any flavor such as herbs, spices and seaweed in the blend.
