250g chickpeas
2 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas, remove the skin by rolling them in a kitchen towel.
2. Mix everything in a bowl and transfer the mixture on a metal sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake in the oven at 200C/400F for 15min. and add 5 min under the grill.
3. Let it cool and enjoy!
These chickpeas make a delicious snack or can be added to a salad or a side dish for extra crunch.
