Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 small head cauliflower, florets only

1 Tbs coconut oil

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp curry powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

Black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350° F/165° C.
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets into the melted coconut oil and season with spices, salt and pepper. 
  3. Put them on a baking dish and roast for 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is brown and tender.
  4. Serve as a side dish.

Notes

This dish can also me made plain with olive oil, salt and pepper instead of using the coconut oil and spices.
