Ingredients

- 2 cups of unsweetened plant-based milk (best froth if using oat or almond milk)

- 1-2 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder 

- honey to sweeten


Directions

1. Heat up the plant-based milk in a pan

2. Whisk with a bamboo whisk the matcha powder in cups with a little boiled water until frothy.

3. When the milk is warm, whisk with a battery-powered milk frother directly in the pan.

4. Pour in the cups and add a little honey or maple syrup to sweeten if desired (if using unsweetened milk).

Notes
