Choose organic ingredients.
1 large lemon, 2-inch ginger knob, 2-inch turmeric knob.
1. Juice the lemon (remove skin), a 2-inch knob of ginger and a 2-inch knob of turmeric.
2. Store in a glass jar for a week.
3. Add a couple tablespoons to your warm water with a teaspoon of raw honey and drink first thing in the morning.
