Lemon-Ginger-Turmeric Tonic

1 large lemon, 2-inch ginger knob, 2-inch turmeric knob, raw honey, black pepper.


1. Juice the lemon (remove skin), a 2-inch knob of ginger and a 2-inch knob of turmeric. 

2. Store in a glass jar for a week.

 3. Add a couple of tablespoons of this tonic to your warm water with a teaspoon of raw honey and some ground black pepper to activate the turmeric properties. Drink first thing in the morning.


This tonic will help cleanse your digestive organs, reduce inflammation, support your immune system and boost your digestion for the day. Never drink icy cold water, it hinders digestion.
