Ingredients

1 cup warm water (boiled), 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbs lemon juice, 1 pinch each of cayenne, cinnamon and ginger powders, 1 tsp raw honey.

Directions

1. Boil water and pour into a cup. 

2. Add all ingredients and stir well.

Notes

This drink helps detox your digestive organs, speed up your metabolism and boost your immune system. Drink it everyday as part of a gentle detox and drink more throughout the day when you are coming down with a bug. Our body tends to be acidic upon rising, drinking lemon water helps make it more alkaline. Acidity in the body leads to disease. If you are sick and brave enough, swallow a mashed clove of garlic with it, as the best antibacterial/viral medicine around ;)
