Choose organic ingredients to avoid chemicals and GMOs.

2 cups


1/2 cup hemp seeds, 2 cups filtered water, 1 pitted Medjool date, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 pinch of salt.


1. Blend all ingredients until rich and creamy. 

2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

3. Pour over cereal, porridge, fruit, add to your coffee or tea, use in smoothies, drink cold, or warm up lightly for a comforting drink.


Hemp milk is a nutritious non-dairy alternative to cow’s milk. It is high in omega 3s, vitamins, minerals, fiber and is a complete protein will all 10 amino-acids. Its rich and creamy texture will please your palate.
