- 1 can of coconut milk (thick)
- 1 stick of lemongrass
- 1 inch of grated ginger
- 1 tsp Thai curry paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 Tbs of chopped green onions
- 1 Tbs chopped cilantro
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- black sesame seeds
- salt &, pink and black pepper to taste
1. Prepare a marinade with a can of coconut milk (thick), a stick of lemongrass, 1 inch of grated ginger, 1 tsp Thai curry paste, 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt & pepper, 1 Tbs of chopped green onions, 1 Tbs chopped cilantro, the juice of 1/2 lime.
2. Cut the raw salmon and cooked shrimps into cubes and marinate for 3h in the fridge.
3. Serve cold with some black sesame seeds, cubed mango and avocado slices, crackers or cooked rice.
