Cucumber & Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

1 English cucumber, 6 oz of smoked salmon, unsweetened vegan yogurt (almond, coconut, cashew), aneth, salt & pepper.

Directions

1. Wash and slice the cucumber (5mm thick).

2. Cut the smoked salmon into pieces and place a piece on each cucumber slice.

3. Add a dollop of vegan yogurt on top, chopped aneth, salt & pepper.

Notes

You won't believe how simple it is, yet delicious! It makes for a great appetizer.

Gluten/dairy free, paleo.
