1 cup soft pitted medjool dates, 1 cup nuts, 1/3 cup coconut oil, 1/3 cup raw cacao, 1 pinch sea salt.
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor starting with the nuts.
2. Shape into balls and roll into crumbled nuts, coconut flakes or cacao powder or nibs.
3. Eat within a week... that's the easiest part!
