2 large ripe avocados, 1/2 cup cacao powder, 1/4 cup of maple syrup grade B (higher in minerals than A), 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of sea salt.


1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor, adding almond milk until you reach the desired consistency. 

2. Serve chill with coconut flakes or nuts sprinkled on top.


This decadent mousse will satisfy your craving for chocolate! Made with ripe avocados, it is naturally dairy-free and high in mono-saturated fat, good your heart and your skin. Cacao is also high in antioxidants and magnesium to help you combat free radicals and stress.
