Chocolate & Hazelnut Spread

Ingredients

1 cup hazelnuts, 1/4 cup cacao powder, 1/4 cup maple syrup or raw honey, 1/4 cup almond milk, ½ tsp vanilla extract, pinch sea salt.

Directions

1. Place the hazelnuts into a food processor or blender and process on medium speed for a few minutes until it becomes creamy. 

2. Add all the other ingredients and keep processing on medium speed, scraping down the sides. It should take up to 10 mn before it turns into a creamy and delicious butter.

Notes

Make a healthier and tastier alternative to store-bought Nutella! Spread it over fruit or eat it by the spoon for a guilt-free pleasure.
