Choose organic ingredients to avoid chemicals and GMOs.

Cooking Time





1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 cup almond or coconut milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp maple syrup, fresh fruit or berries.


1. Mix all the ingredients in a glass jar, stirring well, and soak overnight in the fridge. 

2. You can serve it the next morning either cold or slightly warmed up in a pan. 

3. Serve in bowls and top with fresh fruit or berries before eating.


This delicious treat is so easy to make it is almost a joke! Chia seeds are high in protein, fiber, antioxidants and omega 3. I like to add digestive spices and healthy fats to enhance its abilities to speed up transit. Although I recommend eating mindfully, it is a great snack to grab on the go!
