1 cup dates (pitted and presoaked), 1/2 cup walnuts, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 Tbs cacao powder, 1 Tbs maca powder, 1 Tbs coconut oil, a pinch of sea salt, crushed cacao nibs/powder or nuts.


1. Place the walnuts in a food processor and process until they turn into a powder. 

2. Add all other ingredients and process until they form a dough.

3. Shape into into balls and roll them into crushed cacao nibs or nuts.

4. Store up to a week in the refrigerator.
