1-2 servings


1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup filtered water, 1 medjool date, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp each of maca and ashwagandha powders, 1 tsp vanilla extract.


1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.

2. Gently warm up in a small saucepan on the stove, stirring.

3. Breathe in, breathe out... and let the magic happen.


A stressful day calls for an adaptogenic vanilla milk! The warm nature of almond milk, vanilla and dates will soothe you, while the adaptogenic herbs will help you handle stress more gracefully. Feel free to add a little matcha powder for extra antioxidants.
