1 1⁄2 cups of unsweetened almond milk or coconut water, 1⁄2 cup frozen mangos, 1⁄2 cup frozen papaya or pineapple, 1⁄4 cups walnuts, 1⁄2 inch fresh ginger root, 1⁄2 inch fresh turmeric root, 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 Tbs flax seeds, 1/4 cup aloe vera juice, 1 scoop L-glutamine powder, 1⁄4 tsp probiotic powder.


Place the liquids in the blender first and then add the remaining ingredients and blend. You can top it off with some coconut flakes.


Inflammation in the guts can lead to all kinds of digestive and immune problems. The ingredients in this delicious smoothie will lower inflammation and gently heal the lining of your guts to enhance absorption of nutrients.
