Ingredients

1 Tbs acai powder, 1 frozen banana (cut into chunks), 1 cup frozen berries, 1 splash of almond milk or coconut water, toppings (chia seeds, coconut flakes, nuts, fresh fruit, granola, etc.)

Directions

1) Place all ingredients in a blender (except for toppings) and blend until thick and smooth.

2) Scoop into a bowl and add toppings of your liking.

Notes

Acai berries are loaded with more antioxidants than common berries, omega 3, vitamins and minerals, fiber and essential fatty acids, to keep you cool all summer long without the guilt if a sugary treat.
