I will empower you and provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice to determine what truly works for you. I look forward to supporting and guiding you towards a vibrant and harmonious life!

I offer a 1h consultation to assess your health & happiness and to find out if my Wellness Program is the right fit for you, or as a follow-up to help you stay on track with your diet and lifestyle.
